Who we are

We trade from London, E10, and are VAT registered. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller, registration reference ZB249137.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to give us — through the contact form or by emailing or calling us directly: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in your message.
We don't run analytics, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. There is no hidden data collection happening in the background. See our Cookie Policy for the one external resource this site does load.
What happens when you use the contact form
This site has no server-side database. When you fill in the form and press send, it opens your own email application with the details already filled in — the message then travels from your device to ours the same way any email does. We never see or store what you typed unless you actually send that email.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or site survey request
- To deliver a service you've asked us to quote or carry out
- To keep the ordinary business records a limited company is required to keep
We don't sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing. We don't use your enquiry to add you to a mailing list unless you separately ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are kept only as long as needed to answer them, then deleted. Records relating to a live or completed engagement are kept for as long as normal business, accounting, and insurance requirements demand.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Show you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct it, if it's wrong
- Delete it, where we're not required to keep it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
